I highly suggest New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins, CO. They give a nice quick tour and you can “sample” all of their lovely beers for free. There are even some that you can only get there.

This is the second time someone has brought up New Belgium, which is a nice company that distributes to Oregon, so I’m aware of it.

I have heard good things about their Wit, which is good, seeing that there are only a small handful of microbrew wits available in Oregon. (I recommend Oregon Trail’s Wit, a mix of coriander and orange.)

However, Fat Tire, New Belgium’s biggest seller is one of my least liked beers.

So, feelings are mixed. But, of course, seeing that it has been suggested, I have to check into it now.

Agreed, Fat Tire is not among my favored beers. You should bring some brew from home out to Colorado and have a side by side taste comparison.

Seems the only way to accurately judge the competition. The only real problem to solve is the freshness of the samples.

Mini kegs are the obviously the only answer to this dilemma. You must fill every conceivable space Pam has to offer with said kegs.

Only then can you truly put you conscience to rest concerning this matter. You know this all to be true.
